We got a room with a bidet. And it had swimming pool view which is a plus. The location was particularly good and incredible, in the mountains, in the amazing area.

Wonderful views of surrounding mountains from all bedrooms. Spacious and well-appointed rooms, huge spa and gym, multiple swimming pools, relaxing bar, and great restaurants. Walking distance to nearby villages. Nature-filled location away from mass tourism. Free bikes and helpful staff.

Stayed in a great suite with multiple bedrooms, had a fantastic night's sleep; the proximity to Val Genova made it very convenient to access. Rewritten: I had a wonderful sleep in a suite with lots of bedrooms, and the location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from Val Genova and easy to get to.

The absolutely perfect location was minutes away from Church of San Vigilio. Staying at the hotel was perfect 10/10, I will be back.

I had a great stay in this hotel! Cleanliness was outstanding, facilities were amazing and the staff was really helpful. The location in the mountains was perfect, as it was close to the cable car and to where you get the gondolas. Breakfast was really tasty and there was a good parking area available.

Had a fantastic Easter holiday. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The spa and pool area was very relaxing and never crowded. The breakfast had a variety of sweet and savory options and the cakes were delicious. Best of all, the location was perfect, very close to the cable car and with breathtaking views of the mountains from the room.

Rooms were a bit outdated and some public spaces, such as the carpets in the hallways, needed updating. The price was quite high for what was offered, and the restaurant prices were unreasonable.

The excellent food and hospitable staff made for a relaxing stay.

Though minor, there was a lack of local Spanish cuisine offered in the restaurant. Fortunately, it was possible to order something from a typical Spanish menu outside the hotel's menu, at the bar.
